I don't know what is going on with this company. It's so shady I can't even begin to tell you the problems I've had. They don't apply payments and then call you threatening to Foreclose. Now they don't even seem to have a website. www.ascservicing.com just brings up some bad page.

I?m interested in filing a class-action law suit against America?s Servicing Company! Please if anyone has any information on a group lawsuit against ASC, please post it up!

My mortgage company sold my loan to ASC (Probably because of my bad credit), but I?ve always paid on time. Now they are posting the payments late and charging me additional fees. They lost 1 payment entirely and sent me a letter saying that I owed my escrow account $2000. They are in the business of screwing people over and now ASC is trying to foreclose on me (and I have never missed a single payment!)

They are destroying my credit!!! They don?t process payments, they lose payments and are impossible to reach. I have always sent my payments at least a week early and this is the 6th month in a row it has taken them over 4 weeks to process each payment.

Without my knowledge, my loan was sold to AMC back in March 2006. Anyway, no one ever told me so I had been sending payments to my original loan company. Now they finally sent me a default notice and are telling me that they are going to foreclose. Apparently, my payments were received as my bank statements show, but they have yet to credit to my account. I need to get away from this company as soon as possible.

ASC is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are complete scum bags. They added thousands of dollars to my closing cost and loan without my knowledge. I had my attorney look at the documents and he said that they were bogus charges. Now I can?t even get a hold of them to figure out if they are going to correct this situation. These people are crooks. Don?t even consider getting a loan with them.

Does anyone know how to reach ASC or what the new ASC website URL is? It suddenly disappeared into thin air.

I don?t know what is going on. I will say that the person I?ve been working with on the phone is very polite. However, they can?t seem to give me a straight answer on how to pay off my loan. My husband and I are out of work at the moment and need to refinance to a lower cost loan for the next few years. This has been a bit frustrating, and as nice as the people on the phone were, it doesn?t help if we can?t get straight answers.

Our loan was recently transferred from GMAC to ASC. Even though we have paid our loan current ASC reported to the credit bureau that we have made payment arrangements. This was done within the 60-day rule. My credit score dropped by 100 points. Since I was in the process of re-mortgaging with another lender this negative reporting has stopped the process until they correct my credit report. Repeated calls produce no results.

They have violated the law by making these reports until after a 60-day grace period regardless of the circumstances. I have just received a letter from ASC indicating they are researching this problem and will have results in 20 days. That will be about two weeks after I needed to close. Under the law they could take up to 60 days to resolve the issue. There appears to be a significant problem with how this FCRA law was written.

I think the donations to the legislators has tainted the thinking. THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO RESEARCH FOR TWENTY DAYS BEFORE THEY MAKE A REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. There should also be a way to resolve these issues quickly.

I?m currently with ASC and God help me. After my loan with Option One, why did they sell my loan to ASC. I'm in hell as they screwed up my payments saying that I am a month behind. I am a few days behind and they sent me a foreclosure letter. I know people that are months behind in payment and they wanted to foreclose for being a few days late. They have terrible customer service and I can only hope they sell my loan to someone else.
