At the advice of my real estate agent, Vicky Olson, I worked with Barbara Roubo when I purchased my home in 2003.

Barb was extremely helpful in holding my hand through the onerous and frankly scary financial process of buying a house. For a lot of people, myself included, financial history (especially credit) is scary and disclosing it to other people is even scarier. Barb made it clear I wasn't being judged as a person based on those details, which set my anxieties to rest quite a bit.

She worked tirelessly to find the best, least risky financing options to me. Several years later, I'm fortunate to have a decent rate on a 30 year mortgage when many people do not and I owe much of that to Barb's savvy.
