Problems over our Pre-Payment Penalty

We originally took a loan with Beneficial several years ago. When we originated the loan, our agent guaranteed us that the local branch would wave the pre-payment fees.

Well, just a few months ago, we tried and now they are denying that they ever offered to waive the fee. I've been arguing back and forth with them for a while. Any advice?
