I was very disappointed with Americash. My loan was submitted in July 2011. I spent plenty of time FAXed all the documents, got the appraisal in Aug 2011. I was patiently waiting for 2 months. Nothing happened. It totally wasted of my time. I emailed and called several times. I also FAXed over the most updated bank statement and paystub 3 times per request. All they told me was that the loan is in underwriting. It took them unbelievable long to the point I was asked to pay for 2nd appraisal since the first one was expired. It became so ridiculous. I contacted their management team. It does not seem to help at all. Go find another company if you can. Do not wasted your valuable time here. Their customer service is really bad. Once the loan officer got your business, you hardly get any more help. Email was not returned promptly. It is hardly to get hold of them on the phone.

This is just a quick note to indicate my wife?s and my pleasure with the refinancing process at Americash. We have refinanced homes in the past with local lenders and found the process Americash comparable, or perhaps a little easier. Your rates are certainly very competitive. While it took a little longer than I expected, overall I am quite pleased with the process. I wish to thank both Jerry O?Neill and Gary Kowalski for their time and efforts. I have already recommended Americash to others and will contact your company the next time we require a home loan.

The financial terms of Americash's refinancing offer is what first attracted us to Americash, coupled with mostly positive customer reviews available on various internet sites. I just closed my loan with Americash. Couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. I thought they did a good job. No complaints.

I reviewed them on line up against other lenders and the reviews were so far apart on the hit and miss. I called in and was greater by a young man who was very pleasant. Once I started with them the communication stopped. Thought oh no what did I do. They did close on the loan at the rate and fees as quoted but their service was poor. Would suggest shopping around a little more as was not worth the hassle to beg for a call back.

Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a lender. They were quick to respond, very honest about my situation and all of the fees involved. You can tell that these guys have their stuff together and they really know what they are doing. Awesome experience.
