We found Americash on a Google website ad. David Wilson was exemplary in helping us refinance our mortgage. We have never worked with a more responsive mortgage banker...he was always prompt in responding to our questions, answered our phone calls personally(!!!)and moved the loan process quickly and expertly. Our loan closed within a month! We are thrilled with our new rate, and highly recommend David Wilson!

Our first contact with Americash was David Wilson He did a great job in identifying all the needed information to process our loan. Concern or question were answer in a very profesional and fast manner, our interphace with the processor didn't go as well but David became our mediator and help us complete our loan in a very satifacory way. I didn't think a No lender fee refinance existed but I found a couple of companies off of google who were offering the same rate and no lender fees. I went with Americash and David Wilson because they offered a $650 credit and .125% less than the other guy to get there business. In the end I lost the .125% discount because my home appraised lower than what I expected and we had to do a different loan, this was kind of disappointing and I don't know why I couldn't have kept the .125% discount. David was able to answer my questions very quickly and was always available. My only real complaint is that they seemed a little unorganized, I signed the same documents a couple of times for some reason, they misplaced some documentation that I sent them and I had to resend. But in the end it worked out and I was able to close in about 40 days, I would have preferred to have done it in 20 though, I was ready on my end. I would definitely suggest Americash to my friends and family, it all worked out in the end and you get a better deal than I could find anywhere else.

My wife and I spotted Americash Mortgage Bankers on a Google website ad. I called in and spoke with Clark Kirby a Sr. Mortgage Banker, who was very helpful. He offered us one of the best rate with the NO lenders fees which was great. We were kept in the loop throughout the process and it was very easy to get in touch with him via email if need be. When questions or concerns came up he involved his boss Chad Church who was right there with the answers and resolutions needed to continue on with the loan process. Another very helpful and informative resource at Americash was Aundra Thompson who explained all aspects of the escrow process and closing paperwork to us to ease any concerns that we might have. I closed on a refinance thru Americash last week. This was my 2nd time financing in the last 6 years and despite all the new regs a very positive experience. My agent was Gary K. and Susie S was my loan processor. Both went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. Anytime I had a question submitted via email or phone they both responded the same day. A question I had for Susie was answered by Gary as he responded she was out of the office that day. Great teamwork! A My Closing costs at the end were less than the original GFE!

Just closed on a refi with Americash. Americash beat every other companies' rates, beat everyone in closing costs, and everything from the beginning of the process till the end went smoothly. Other lending agencies either could not match the rate, or were very deceptive about closing costs. I would recommend Americash to everyone. They have very experienced and professional people there who know the correct way to do business.

We just closed on a loan. It was fast, easy and we never left our home. Dirk always answered his phone or also responded to our calls or emails. We had a wonderful experience as well! Great Job!

My wife and I found Americash Mortgage Bankers on Google. We called in and spoke with Andy Pasillas. He offered us the best rate with the lowest fees. Hello. I am Chad Church of Americash. There was an error that originated from our end for about 4 hours with the rates we had posted at google on loan amounts from $300,000 to $417,000.

This was my error in what I was transmitting to google. This was not a google error as they simply post what we submit to them.

When we realized there was an error we pulled the site down until we had the problem resolved.

We did agree to honor the terms to a client who saw the rates that were posted in error. The client ended up working with a different loan company but we did agree to honor the terms.

This was nothing less and nothing more than a human error, my error.

Americash is s fully compliant lender. We only lock loans up front after clients have received, reviewed, approved and signed the good faith estimate of fees, rates, and terms. We do not change the terms. They are binding.

I hope this will clarify the error we made and we do apologize.
