Totally agree , they are very disorganized. They charged me $250 for a late fee even when I pay on time, then you have to fight with them to correct it.

I asked them to set up an escrow account for my property taxes. First I was told I already HAD an escrow (which I knew I did not), then suddenly I was told I did not. I hung up and called back to speak with someone else. Again, I was told I HAD an escrow account. Finally, after I CONVINCED them I know my own mortgage, and know for a fact I do NOT have an escrow, ,they finally said, "Oh yeah! You do NOT have an escrow." Then, I was told before the escrow started, I would get paperwork to approve and sign. Suddenly the escrow appeared on my bill. When I called back and asked whatever happened to the paperwork, I was told I had my information wrong, and there was never any paperwork that would be sent. Then, I faxed over proof that my delinquent tax bill was paid for. I called back to verify they received the fax and they said no. They asked which fax number I sent the fax to and when I provided the number on the LETTER THEY MAILED ME, NO one recognized the number! NOT ONE PERSON. Last, I mentioned the escrow amount seemed to low, and I though I should be paying more. Instead of looking into it, they advised I continue paying the lower amount, and simply "worry about" in March. I am FED up with this company. The ONLY thing I can be sure of.....is they will always give me conflicting information.

GET AWAY FROM BAYVIEW AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. DONT BELIEVE ANY THING OR ANY ONE OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE THEY THROW AT YOU , OR SAY THEY SENT YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE LAWYER MONEY TO BACK YOU UP. I AGREE ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH.

stay as far away as possible. they r trouble. They will make money of you every way they can and lie to you about what you are signing and not back it up.

One star is being too generous, but that is your lowest available rating. Bayview has been servicing our mtg for 2 years now and it has been a horror story. They still cannot get their records corrected regarding insurance coverage. Shortly after closing they contacted me to get coverage or they would put forced placed coverage on the property (which they have done). I have had insurance since closing, but something in their computer does not recognize it.
I have talked with dozens of people about fixing the error, but no one has been able to help.
I will NEVER do business with them again. I will NEVER give them a positive recommendation.
Stay clear of this company!
They are incompetant and nothing but trouble.
