This is the worst Bank ever. I have been trying to get a loan for 4 months after telling me I was pre-approved and rushing to make an appraisal which cost me $1,263. They actually made $250 on the appraisal and did it as a cash advance which cost me $263 in interest. The appraisal came in even above where I said it would. The mortgage lender will not respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. Very unprofessional! I have been dealing with their South Florida Branch in Weston. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
