These people are terrible. We had three of our family members become disabled and asked them to give us a forebearance they wanted 3K up front plus 1 double payment unable to do it, now they want 5K and double payment. One of us has MS, the other a terminal illness and cancer with two small children. We are now getting our disability payments and they still want an enormous amount to get our home from being sold at auction. A home we have lived in for over 30 years. It is so depressing. We became sick and due to this ARM Loan and this horrible company we are going to land under a bridge.....homeless.

I ended up refinancing my mortgage with a different lender. I felt that Accredited outsourced their loan service to people who didn't know what they were doing. I'm glad to be ride of them.

We purchased a home for 183.000.00 dollars. When we signed the papers we were shocked! They gave us 2 loans. The first loan was 147.000.00 with 9.2% adjustable rate, the second loan was 36.000.00 with 14.50% adjustable rate and a 3 year pre-payment penalty.

I do not understand how banks can rip-off people like this is there any justice other???? The monthly payment on the first mortgage$1207.20 We pay $1120 dollars for interest. I am so sad and angry, I do not know what to do.
