I am asking anyone who works or did work for ASC to contact me by my email and if you have a conscience explain to me why and who has given you the right to ruin all our lives.HELLO? I am not stupid.What has happened to me and to countless others "RESPONSIBLE HOMEOWNERS"is
not American in any way,shape,or form.

It's just wrong!Sooner or later all this can and WILL catch up to you.Is what you're doing worth it?Seriously,does thee all mighty dollar run your lives?You are killing this country!You are throwing hard working Americans,children,innocent
people,GOOD PEOPLE,out into the streets!

I'm not saying you're all doing this,but in my case and soooooooooo many others out there some of you are getting pure JOY out of this very sick game you are playing with other people's lives.I
bet you get a very big bonus for a job well done.

You knocked us down,but sometimes we can get back up and with the help of GOD we will not lose.Enough is enough!Someone there at ASC must have a heart?This is your time to shine,become AMERICA'S SON OR DAUGHTER do the right thing and spill your guts!Go to FOX NEWS and do what's right
you'll be able to sleep at night once your story is told.

Be a hero for us all.If you've worked for ASC for the past few years or so then, you must know what's going on behind the scenes.If I were you I'd come clean NOW!Soon they will be closing in on YOU and then what?People are fed up with your tactics!We are all going to see you are investigated "this story will unfold" and where will you hide?I was set up.I now know this.

You are not too big to fail.Not anymore from what I'm hearing.Your job was to make some of us failures maybe now the shoe is on the other foot?
Please,do what's right.Stop this snowball in its tracks.Become human.

My loan was sold to ASC in 2006.Select Portfolio
was my original servicer.I was not notified by ASC
nor by SPS!All I received was a call from ASC at my business asking me where my November payment was and I told them I had sent it to SPS.This check had been signed over to ASC in December but
I had to go to my bank to prove it.In January of 2007 (my very first payment going to ASC)I received a letter saying I was now in default!

My nightmare begins!It all snowballed from there.
I paid my payments,but in February of 2007 THE VERY NEXT MONTH the games with ASC started and I knew they were out to ruin my life no matter what I tried to do.

I actually told my business partner in February
"this is some kind of financial terrorist attack on the American homeowner!"I tried to refi away from them and even after I got ASC to agree they just drug their feet until they ruined my business,my home,my life!Some lady at ASC had me give a pay off date.She recorded me saying I'd pay them off by April,30,2007.

They promised to fax the man working to get this through all that he needed,but they didn't do what they promised!They only kept up the games like children like a bully on a playground!I begged them for my pay history,I knew time was about to run out!I begged them to get this out to the man working to get me the refi.

They didn't send it to him as requested in fact it landed in my mail box dated 4-19-07 and it took 5 DAYS TO GET THERE!Not enough time to get this done.Oh yes,in February of 2007 they actually took my February payment and posted it in MARCH!

In just a few short months they ruined my life and a business I had sunk about $300,000 into and my home.I had a loan through my local bank in 2005
and from February of 2005 until July of 2006 NOT ONE PROBLEM making those payments!This all started from the GET GO!

So much more took place with these clowns it's unreal the things they pulled to ruin my life.If you want to see who you're dealing with here GOOGLE THIS- EX EMPLOYEES at America's Servicing Company!!!I'm sure THE GREAT OZZ pays these little demons very well for what they are doing,but someone out there will be seeing them all "real soon" because the times,"they are a changing."

Now stop complaining and call your Attorney General,call the FBI,they are crooks!Ask for an investigation.Write TO OBAMA because these people are mostly responsible for our economy today.You cannot win with ASC.They must be shut down ASAP!
I know,I've already been there,I've already done it all,but lost it all,too.

My only hope is for someone to go after these two year olds and get at the real truth on all they've done to the American homeowners and small business owners.Make them pay us all back for what they've taken.Keep all your records,do not throw anything away ASC sends to you.I have boxes full of evidence!

I am the daughter of WW11 VETERAN!My father fought for this country and now it's time for me and I pray many of you out there to fight for our rights here at home.If ASC keeps doing this and getting away with it things cannot get better.

I am sorry to all of you that have lost your homes to A.S.C's misleading games. I have been trying to modify my loan with them since January of this year. Several times they came back and told me I was missing documentation. In July ASC offered me a three-month forbearance plan. After the three payments were made, they would then review my loan modification - again. I was able to pay all three payments on time. At the end of October I received a letter stating that my modification had been denied due to my debt to income ratio. Their plan was to place the amount I was delinquent on the back of the loan, but with the new reconfigured payment, I wouldn't qualify. I am shocked at how they take these forbearance payments and then deny the modification. The only other alternative they gave me was an offer to short sale. I submited my paperwork for the short sale and got a listing agent. I received a letter from them dated the 23rd of November stating that they had received my paperwork for the short sale, and that they would notify me within 45-60 days. On November 30th they sold my house without notifying me. I feel cheated out of my opportunity to short sell and avoid a forclosure on my credit. They are misleading people into believing that they are willing to work with them. Instead of helping, they took a little more money from me before taking away the my home. Where are the billions of dollars that Obama gave these crooks to help us? Again, I am deeply sorry for those that are in my shoes tonight. I wish you all the best, and a Merry Christmas.

Our family is dealing with the same hassle. This company has been dragging their feet for the last six months. Over and over they ask for the same information, nobody seems to have any answers. It's very bad business practices and if anyone has a law suite filed, please let us know. These folks have ruined our credit long enough. The longer and longer they drag thier feet the worse our credit scores get.....IT's time for ASC to feel the pain.

I too am going through a nightmare. I keep calling and they say I have to wait. I ask if anything is needed and they say that the complete information is available. I then get a modification denial letter a few days later. They say i failed to supply them with more paperwork for my modification agreement. I didn't know I had an agreement. I have been in this process since November of 2008 and I am about to send them my third packet to start all over again because they cannot start where they ended up. I am all for a class action suite. I can make payments I just cant come up with the 30,000.00 back amount. The house is worth 325,000.00 and I owe 470,000.00. I am not even asking for a reduction in principle just for a payment modification.

I've replied for a loan motification at least NINE times, since June 2007. Within those nine times, I have sent a total of $8,000 to ASC, because, they told me they would either motify my loan or do a loan forebearence. Then, after I had sent the money, I was told that I didnt qualify because I didnt have enough income(if I did have enough, then I wouldnt be asking for this modification). I am going through a nightmare with ASC and they are the biggest fraud. We have a home that we bought in 2004 for 519k now the house is worth 179k and the interest had adjusted. We contacted ASC back in 1/2009 as we fell 2 payments behind. The first time we called ASC's call center to pay $4200 up front or they would foreclose on us. I called the next day and they said my wife and I qualified for a forebearance repayment plan. I asked what about the 4200? The representative had no notes on the call? So we did the forebearance plan and paid on time. After the 5 months we got no plan workout. We received a call from a representative from Wells Fargo offering a short sale option???This was their workout plan? If I wanted a short sale I would have done that in 1/2009. We have decided that they can have the house however, I agree a class action suit should be in place with this banking institution. They are the most fraudulent people I have ever delt with.

I am a real estate broker in Bakersfield, CA helping families thru loan modifications and short sales.
I had prepared a borrower of ASC that if your are not approved for a modification be prepared to do a short sale.
After being told for 5 months that her request is still in review and without any indication the request was denied the property was sold without giving borrower short sale or deed-in-lieu options.
ASC and any other Banking Institution should be held accountable for devasting a family like this...

ASC IS A THIEF!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MODIFY MY LOAN SINCE 3/09. I WAS ON A REPAYMENT PLAN AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO BE 3 MONTHS BEHIND ON MY MORTGAGE TO MODIFY MY LOAN. I SUBMITTED MY MODIFICATION PACKET ON 3/27/09. I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM UNTIL 5/29/09, REQUESTING CURRENT PROOF OF INCOME. I FAXED THE PROOF OF INCOME TO THEM ON 6/2/09. ON 6/5/09, I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL STATING I WAS DENIED THE MODIFICATION BECAUSE I DID NOT SUBMIT PROOF OF INCOME. I CALLED AND ASKED WHO I COULD SPEAK TO ABOUT THE INFORMATION I FAXED AND I WASNT ABLE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE COULD HELP. ON 6/15/09, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM STATING I SHOULD RESUBMIT MY PROOF OF INCOME. I CALLED ON 6/18/09 AND WAS TOLD TO RESUBMIT MY MODIFICATION PACKET AGAIN BEFORE MY LOAN GOES INTO FORECLOSURE. I SUBMITTED THE PACKET AGAIN ON 6/23/09. ON 6/25/09, I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD I QUALIFIED FOR A FOREBEARANCE WITH THE REPAYMENT OPTIONS BEING HIGHER THAN THE MONTHLY PAYMENT I ORIGINALLY HAD TROUBLE PAYING. ON 7/7/09, I WAS SERVED WITH A SUMMONS AND FORECLOSURE PAPERWORK. THE SUMMONS WAS DATED 5/21/09, WHICH MEANS ASC SENT MY HOUSE INTO FORECLOSURE BEFORE MY MODIFICATION WAS EVER DENIED. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD I WAS MY FIRST MODIFICATION REQUEST FOR NOT PROVIDING PROOF OF INCOME AND MY SECOND REQUEST WILL BE DENIED AS WELL. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE EMPLOYEES GO HOME AND SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THEY ARE PUTTING FAMILIES AND CHILDREN OUT ON THE STREET. ASC has been a nightmare from the moment our loan was sold to them. First they started with the whole no insurance scam which we have had homeowners insurance from day 1. Once that was settled we fell behind on one payment. I was still sending in my regular payments and they were returning my checks. I called them and they said they would only accept the full amount due. During that process they served us with forclosure notice that the process was starting. I called them again and they said we qualified for a special forbarance which is basically a repayment plan but it would stop the forclosure. This was last May. I believed them and continued to make my payments via Western Union. Last Saturday ( a year later ) we got a knock at the door from a real estate agent saying our house had been sold and we have 14 days to leave. I almost passed out! We had to go to the Clerk of Court and get all the court papers because we thought the process had been stoped. We now have a lawyer who is putting in a set aside to hopefully get another court date. Our fate is now in the Judge's hands. This company is horrible. They lie, accept payments, all while they are taking your house!! We were never notified of the original court date or sell date. Get this all the paperwork was sent to the wrong address!!!!
