In my 5 years of homeownership I must say, this was the worse of the worse. They are not willing to work with homeowners unless you are about to be foreclosed on. I tried several times to modify my loan, but was denied because I was making my payments on time and wasn't in NEED...I am glad to say that I refinanced with CITIMORTGAGE this week and my nightmare with Aurora is OVER!! I can honestly say, I HATE AUROROA LOAN SERVICES.

These guys are awful. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS...they are not willing to work with homeowners.

I am so excited

I just knew we were going to go into foreclosure-now we can stay! I don't know how to deal with the lack of stress we've been dealing with for the last 12 months since we were giving this loan promising the refinance right away when we couldn't get refinanced at all!! We still have to wait 3 weeks for the paperwork she said.

Hang in there everyone-- cause if we can get modified through Aurora Loan Services -you can get modified through anybody!!
