awful dont budge on rates , after bending to people over 04-08 and now help now

We choose this mortgage company because it was recommended. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. 2 days before my closing date they came back and said sorry we are not financing your loan. 2 DAYS!!!!! They had my paperwork for 3 months and never did they mention that their was a problem. Now I am left scrambleing to see if someone else will help us and praying the bank will hold on. Talk about horrible service. What happend to helping the client??? Never again and every chance I get I will let people know.

Coldwell banker is the worst mortgage company I have ever used!!! Stay far far away!! Im so unhappy about the customer service and everyone that knows nothing about my loan. Every time I call I get "I don't know, I will have to research it call back in 3-5 business days or 24-48 hours." I have called them pretty much everyday lately and everyday its a new low.

Using Coldwell Banker as my real estate agent. Needed
pre-approval so she recommended Coldwell Banker. Got pre-approved at the end of Apil and broker said interest rate would be 4.85%. Now in June I seen a house I like realtor called mortgage broker too run figures for me. I emailed broker too ask if figures were based on the 4.85% because rates dropped I've seen as low as 4.25%. Four days already and no answer.

I have owned 3 houses. Coldwell Realtors hooked me up with Coldwell Mortgage. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! You cannot get answers, nobody seems to know what is going on. They owe me alot of money. Whatever you do...DO NOT Set up AUTO PAYMENTS. My house payment was $820 and they drafted $1,700 from my bank account without notifying me. This caused many bills to bounce and I had fees to pay my bank. They closed me out of my online access to my account after raping my bank account and told me my property taxes had increased. I called the tax office and they said taxes had not changed at all and were not going to increase. They LIED!!! I never got my money back. Then they raised my payments to $1149 per month for a year and I never got any of that money back. I sure wish I could find a good Real Estate Attorney. They need to be audited!!!! There is much more to this but it's best to know Coldwell Mortgage is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Provident

I used to be a Realtor with Coldwell. Their home loan company does not care at all for the sake of the client or agent. It's all about their bottom line

I just promised the person on the phone I would do this. We have our mortgage with Coldwell unfortunately. CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT in their corporate vocabulary. They are slow and rarely respond to their customers (who send them alot of money every month). I asked them to send something back to me certified mail and they informed me that this would require ME to include the pre-paid certified envelope for them to do this - as we said in the military Whiskey - Tango - Foxtrot - Oscar!!!!

I just found out that a pre-approval with underwriting review is not a guaranteed loan....4 days from escrow close....stay far away from this lender

They are completely unresponsive, unprofessional and uncooperative. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your mortgage.
I would put my name on this review but I'm afraid they will skip my closing if they see it; however, I will be totally suprised if I make it through closing with them as it is!!!

One star is till way to high for coldwell banker , buyer beware stay far away from this company ,
We have been trying to do a loan modification for nearly a year, and after hours on the phone on hold, you always end up talking to some one in India named BOB or some other made up Anglo name , who will be polite but will not beable to tell you anything as they are clueless you will get the standard BS your file is with the mdification team.
then you will get letter after letter asking for stuff you have already sent in as they are so incompertent it is joke how they stay in buisness is beyond me.
So do yourself a favor stay well a way .
