Barb Bordas, mortgage broker with Equilane Lending, is the worst broker I have ever dealt with. She makes promises she can not keep. She does NOT guide her borrowers through the process. She will ask for a closing date when she will be out of town. She will not close on time, and the funding on the loan will come even later! Stay away from Equilane Lending!!!

Equilane Lending is the worst lender i have ever dealt with. Mortgage broker, Barb Bordas, makes promises she CAN NOT keep. And, she leaves town a couple of days before closing. What a mess this deal was. After she requested a sooner closing date, that fell apart at the last moment. She does not guide her borrowers through the process, and leaves all interested parties with a delayed closing AND delayed funding too! Terrible!! Stay away from this Company!
