Celia was extremely helpful. Since I had never refinanced a FHA loan before, she explained everything step by step. I appreciated all of her help with my many phone calls I had to make to her with my questions! She's a great asset to your company. Celia was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kept us informed all the way, which our last Mortgage Company that we dealt with did not. It has been a very pleasant experience, and Excelsior was very quick on getting our loan closed quickly. If we should ever need future help, you all at Excelsior Mortgage will be our first choice.
