For every single payment paid online you need to pay $11 fee, and...
I made a principal only payment, with associated fees, got a confirmation# and then it never posted to my acct. I called several times and 1st day was told to check with my bank, ask the bank not to hold off the amount of money.(its a joke! my bank says First Horizon need to withdraw the money). 2nd rep said she will write an email to supervisor to check it. 3nd day 3nd rep told me the payment got lost, she has to submit a work order for the research dept. to located. it will take 2 weeks to get an answer for me. The supervisor won't spend time with customer. STUPID mortgage company, 5 thumbs down.

My husband and I called Maria about a month before we had to re-finance our house. We were in a sticky situation, and we could have been in a lot of trouble. Maria called us right back as soon as she got our message. She gave us great advice and worked hard to find us the best rate she could. My husband loved working with Maria as well as myself. She is EXTREMELY honest, and I love feeling that I can trust her in such an important situation.

The builder of our house was a bit later than expected and our 60-day lock on rates was going to expire at noon. First Horizon rushed to get our papers to us for signing so we could keep our locked rate! What a save. Also, during the construction process, it was usually easy get a hold of a representative to understand our next step. Highly recommended.
