HomEq Servicing is a joke. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is horrible. You ask for help, assistance, anything, and they can't do anything for you. Whether you're 24hours late, 24 days late, or need assistance due to a financial speed bump, it's a mission to make a payment. And they say they're there to "help you" yet when you ask for help, I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you. They do NOT partake in any of the government's plans to help homeowners. And, as stated in a previous comment, they want ALL of your money and not part! So, if you fall 3 months back, and call saying "I have two months, and I'll get you the rest right away" they don't want it. Why keep sending letters an making calls asking formoney, but when you are ready to give it to them they do not want it.
If I not clicking a star was an option for the ratings, I wouldn't even give it 1-star.

I am behind three months and finally got some money together to catch up. I am finding that they want only a total payment, I can't pay two months of the ones I am behind in. They keep threatening me to forclose, this is part of an 80/20 mortgage. If you want to forclose instead of taking partial payments until I am caught up 100% then feel free to take on myself and my 80% loan holder. I'm finally at the point where I can catch up and they are not taking partial payments. Pretty crazy.

Where do I start. This company has no customer service what so every. They charge you for every little late fee, check charge, making a payment on line charge, etc...

I am tired of these mortgage companies frustrating their customers and causing us to lose our homes because of the frustration. We need help not the headache and heartache of losing our homes because of the stupidity of companies that aren't willing to help their customers and or treat them with respect! We have been trying since July 2007 to get help in preventing foreclosure on our home. This is the first month that we have not made our payment on time.
