Jumbo loan through Huntington (good credit on my part).
Lender attempted to change loan agreement just a few days before closing. Comment from my Real Estate agent "The most unprofessional group she's ever dealt with." Finally required an executive vice-president to deal with issue.

Loan servicing poor: Overpayment in escrow account. Bank contacted numerous times regarding overpayment (3 month of thousands in overpayment earning Huntington interest). Extremely poor customer service
