This is the worse commercial lender I've dealt with. Very inflexible. Very Hard to deal with. They kept changing agents, so you never know who is servicing your loan.

Keybank has very competitive home equity loans.
I love their service and you can chose which
type of loan is best for you. They explain
everything...fixed rate and adjustable rate.

Key Bank helped us refinance our current loan. They were pretty flexible and put us into a more reasonable payment.
