You do have rights to stop Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. This is a horrible company only in the "servicing" business to steal homes. In most cases Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, herein referred to as "crooks", is ONLY a debt collector as defined by the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. Write to crooks and do a "qualified written request" and also do a "debt validation" letter. Also...under the FDCPA you can tell them to never call you again and to only correspond in writing. Keep good records of their violations and sue them! Gon on the offense against these criminals. Crooks is continuing criminal enterprise so do as others are doing...MAKE them prove they have the right to collect payments. WHO IS THE BENEFICIAL OWNER OF YOUR MORTGAGE NOTE? Crooks will lie to you, mislead you and even question your right to know. Crooks is a nest of idiots and inept criminals.

Mortgage just transfered from GMAC to Nationstar. Received annoying calls on machine over the weekend. When tried to return the call there was no option to speak with a live representative. After further research into matter, they actually are not open during weekends but able to send out recorded messages. The message stated my loan was late, yet my bank showed it had been paid to Nation star. Tried to call them today at their customer service number on statement and website and once again absolutely no clear option given to speak with a live human being to resolve or discuss matter. After several attempts to try to navigate their system, I was on hold with a recording and after 15 minutes they disconnected me. When I say they..there was never any human contact...just options. Terrible customer service and support and I have only had them for 2 months. Cannot believe they are a major loan servicer...Very disapointted!!

How about all you complainers out there provide your loan numbers and statements so we all do not have to listen to your loud mouths? Put your money where your mouth is and prove that you are right instead of spilling hot air everywhere.

All of these people with complaints do not know what they are actually talking about. Instead they just scream their own opinions at the CS rep on the phone without listening to what CAN be done for them. Payments are due on the 1st grace period is just a courtesy to customers not required by law. Try being nice and courteous with the rep because you get what you put in. I was transferred to NS recently and have had a couple of problems but being nice and talking to a resolution made sure what I wanted happened. Duh stupid people!

My mortage was sold to Nationstar. Due to the incompetencies we have dealt with for over 3 months, we are refinancing to deal with professional bankers. During the many corespondences with Nationstar, I had problems in these areas: I could not speak with a supervisor, they lost our paperwork, they would not return calls when they stated they would, they would not respond to letters. Nationstar has serious problems with communication, paperwork, phone manners, customer satisfaction, and professionalism!

My mortgage was sold to Nationstar. They suck! They don't take payments over the internet unless you pay Western Union. I have since made sure that I send the payments certified return receipt. My payment is due on the 1st of the month, grace period 16th of the month. I mailed the payment on the 9th, they received it on the 15th and said they received it on the 19th. I was on the phone pushing to get the late fees removed even though they received the payment before the grace period was over. BE CAREFUL that you have proof of payment because you WILL need it. Each time I call they try to upsell a refinance. Get real, I would not be with Nationstar in the first place if mortgage company did not sell my loan to begin with.

My husband and I were told that our loan had been sold to this company. We called to make a payment and found out that the transfer process was not complete and this lie lead to many other lies (CS representative put in the wrong account number). This was in November and it is now December and this company still has not collected the monthly payments that my husband and I have been trying to make to them!!!

VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR WRONGFUL FORECLOSURE
