Wow, this company has some of the most incompetent people.

Do not do a refinance with them. They pushed my closing date back and back until my rate expired, and then refused to honor it. They just said they couldn?t quite get to it in time, but where happy to close it a full point higher if I?d like. They have no reason to help you with a refinance.
They are unavailable when you need them. They don?t return phone calls or emails.
They have no respect for their customers.


I?ve written letters, I?ve left messages and I get no response. I have two loans with them, you would think they might treat me a little better.

Stay away from them.

This was our first home buying experience. We were relocated with my husband's job, and this was the company that was set up for us to use when buying our home. I have never had any problems with them at all. I would recommend them.
