A few months ago, Saxon Mortgage put a ridiculous foreclosure on my family's house. We moved to a different house in the neighbourhood, and they hired these illegitimate people to change the locks on our old house. Last month, we were told by a representative of Saxon Mortgage that we are able to move back into our old house. Today, my parents and I went over to the house, and went downstairs to re-arrange some of the belongings we had left there. (SM said we could leave our things there and that it was 'our responsibility' to sell the house). When we went downstairs, we saw that our antique Brunswick pool table and bar stools ($100/ea) had been stolen. We called the number of the 'illegitimate people' that Saxton Mortgage had given to us - the number is disconnected.
Never again

Saxon mortgage has some idiots for employees. I have been ill for the past two years and have asked them several times for a loan modification. We sent them packages several times and to this date they say they have not received anything.

I've spoken with 10 different reps and it's the same thing.

I've contacted them to see if they can help me out with a new solution on my interest rate. I haven't had too many problems with them, but I found their customer service reps to be pretty cold and unfriendly. Oh well.
They didn't help much

I just wanted to comment on Saxon 's taking advantage of homeowners. My husband and I have fell behind on our mortgage and were attempting to work with Saxon to get back on track and not lose our home. They told us that they couldn't help because our loan isn't old enough and even when I attempted to pay them a payment they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't the full amount due. You would think they would help out those that wanted to do whatever it takes to keep their homes but apparently not.
They made changes to our account!

When my wife and I bought our property we thought that finnally we found our dream home!!!! "Bull Zittt".

When the time to renew the insurances approach Saxon Mortgage make their own decision to include their own insurances (very expensive) in the escrow without our approval. This start happens every year, and my mortgage started at $1,235.00 per month and now we have to pay $2,335.00 per month. This it's abusive for the customers, and nobody does anything for us. Saxon Mortgage never informed us for the changes, and we noticed after happens. What happens with the authorities now when a bunch of thieves like Saxon Mortgage does this to the customers. They mentioned us today by phone the don't have enough personnel to handle the request and needs of the customers.

Be careful customers: Saxon Mortgage will do everything to get money from your pocket and make decision in your accounts which affects you always, without the customer approval.
