Why does this mortgage company not have a website nor a customer service line? This is very odd. I did not know my loan was "purchased" by them until after my closing. This company is not very "modern" or customer service friendlly.

I've been dealing with this mortgage company for 8 years and they have horrible service, and no website! I've called in the past to refinance my loan, or for a home equity loan, and they told me they don't do that stuff. What the hell kind of mortgage company is this? These are just a group of 6 or 7 ladies in an office---period. They make sure to do absolutely the bare minimum to stay in business.

Every single time I have to call up it's a hassle. I pay my bills on time, they lost a check, Hassle. I ask questions about my loan and I get a lady with an annoying voice who is just plain rude. For all the money they suck out of me for the load that only pays 125 a month towards principal and around 800 in their pockets you think they could be nicer and maybe provide envelopes.

I have had a very difficult time finding even a phone number for this company, no website as others have mentioned: it is just very difficult to get questions answered. I wish I knew how to sell my own mortgage over to another company! This is especially hard as a first time home owner. :(

PHONE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED WHEN LEFT ON VOICEMAIL. HAVE TO MAIL IN PAYMENTS CAN NOT PAY ON LINE. VERY IMPATIENT AND THREATENING WHEN YOU CALL. NO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

The first five years no problem. The last five and they're bad! I haven't had a coupon payment book for 2 years now. Supposedly the have sent me the replacement book I requested twice. I wonder where they went!! No website, no online payment. This company stinks!!
