Texas Lending Review

I will never recommend this company to any friends or family because of the shady business practices this company uses to bait you in.

I went to them for a new home mortgage, and I received a "pre-approval" immediately at an exhorbitant rate. Well, 4 weeks later (yes I gave them 4 weeks to find the right loan for me), I wasted too much time and money with them.

Bait and switch.

My credit history is pretty challenged due to filing Chapter 7 BK after significant medical bills. My BK has only been discharged for 1 year. Despite the new, more difficult credit requirements for mortgages, Mike and Stephen were able to find a lender for me.

Each of them were professional, easy going and positive. They will work diligently to find the best product to suit your needs and help you to determine what needs to be done to improve your credit. My calls were always returned promptly and the information provided was always clear.

I was direct in my questioning of the negative reviews I had read online. My concerns were addressed immediately. It was clear that the negative reviews were from individuals that didn't deal with Mike or Stephen.
